To register and use the 777c77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

Upon receipt of a valid closure request, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

• The account has been used in breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or prohibited conduct has been detected or is reasonably suspected.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an account is closed by 777c77 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited, including real-money funds where such forfeiture is warranted by the nature of the breach.
